OPAC collects nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:
Information OPAC receives from you during meetings and discussions, on applications, tax preparation organizers, worksheets, and various documents OPAC uses in the process of tax preparation and other services to you;
Information OPAC receives from you and others in connection with OPAC's provision of accountancy, business management and tax preparation services;
Information about your transactions with OPAC or others; and
Information OPAC receives from consumer reporting agencies.
OPAC does not disclose any nonpublic personal information about OPAC’s clients or former clients to anyone, except as permitted or required by law. For example, OPAC may disclose certain items of personal information OPAC collects, as described above, with our affiliated company, Cavalier Capital, Inc. Additionally, OPAC may need to discuss your personal information with others, such as your banker or attorney, in order to provide services to you. Furthermore, in limited situations, OPAC may need to provide certain information to unrelated third parties who need to know that information to assist OPAC in providing services to you.
