  • Information OPAC receives from consumer reporting agencies.

OPAC does not disclose any nonpublic personal information about OPAC’s clients or former clients to anyone, except as permitted or required by law. For example, OPAC may disclose certain items of personal information OPAC collects, as described above, with our affiliated company, Cavalier Capital, Inc. Additionally, OPAC may need to discuss your personal information with others, such as your banker or attorney, in order to provide services to you. Furthermore, in limited situations, OPAC may need to provide certain information to unrelated third parties who need to know that information to assist OPAC in providing services to you. In all such situations, OPAC stresses the confidential nature of information being shared.
